Here's wishing everyone a very Happy New Year! May your runs be long and your checks be few in the new year. Snow is just about all gone here in PA, more forecast for later in the week. I think that a great New Year's resolution would be to get out and kill a predator. In my travels over the holidays, I saw more hawks than anything else. Would hate to be a rabbit!!!

Snow is almost gone here in upstate NY also.I'm sure we will get more soon.As for my area, we have many more coyotes than we had 20 years ago.Same story with the ticks.Happy New Year to everyone and don't forget to get the hounds out running.

Ticks are bad here as well. Never saw a tick until a few years ago. A couple of friends of mine and myself have been using the cattle tags on the hounds' collars with success. Now if I can keep them off of myself...
